We finally had our fingerprinting done yesterday for our I-800a. We were hoping to have that approval next week and get our Dossier off to China. But, I just spoke with the NBC and our case has not yet been assigned a caseworker. ARGHHH! Its always the U.S. that holds us up.
All of our other documents are off to the Chinese Consulate so they will be ready for China. Once our I-800a approval comes we will overnight it and do same day service at the consulate. Lets hope we get a caseworker and approval SOON so we can get Meilin home!
