Foster Care!!!

We found out this morning that Meilin IS in Foster Care. We are thrilled! They say she is doing wonderful and that there is no need to worry. This is probably the only update we will receive before traveling. We will not be given any more photos either. We have, however, heard fantastic things about her orphanage and their foster care program .

    Yay! That is such great news, she's being well taken care of! Can't wait to hear more news of when she is coming home!

    Yes, she is most likely in foster care! Most of the kids are in the village of Anning, which is a farming community. Be prepared for darker skin, and chapped cheeks. :) Katie was 100% developmentally on target when we brought her home and had her evaluated by the therapists at the international adoption clinic.

    Kunming is a BEAUTIFUL city! Enjoy!!!!
