Family of 6

Meilin has been such a joy during the last ten days, she is bonding and attaching well. She has learned her name, goes right to Jodie and prefers her over any Chinese lady that tries to hold her. She has been bonding with her sister Meigan and is actually jealous of her at times. They already act like sisters, fighting one moment and then loving each other the next. They get along much better than sisters most of the time. We only hope that will continue when we get home. She has been a doll to be with, she loves to give kisses, smiles and play peek-a-boo. She likes to be chased down the hallways and chase after bubbles. She has gotten so much stronger physically during the time we have had her, on Gotcha day she was barely walking and standing by herself and now she attempts to run. She can pull herself up and over the tub or any other thing she can grab onto. She has learned to express herself through her facial expressions and jibber jabber (maybe some chinese, we're just to dumb to know it). She has opened up and gotten very comfortable with us, showing how much she trusts and depends on us.

From a special prayer 4 years ago until now, our family has come full circle. Our family feels complete. We have had a great time getting to know and love Meilin and we thank our Heavenly Father for blessing our lives with hers.
